2007-08 Region92 Zero Tolerance Policy
Youth development is the central focus of the AYSO program. This includes development of youth whether they are soccer players, referees or youth coach trainers. All the AYSO guidelines and policies on providing a Safe, Fair, and Fun environment for players also apply to youth referees and coach trainers. Only positive and encouraging comments are allowed to be directed at youth volunteers. The purpose of this policy is to make clear that verbal abuse of youth volunteers is as unacceptable as verbal abuse of youth players and to adopt basic standard sanctions for improper conduct. . . .

In order to establish consistency in awarding Sportsmanship Points in U10, U12, and U14 matches in the Region, Referees shall utilize the following set of guidelines. The decision on deductions rests with the judgement of the Referee. 2005-06 Region92 All Star Selection Policy
All Star teams are selected in the U10-12-14 divisions. Player selection is done by a two step process identified in our All Star Selection Policy.
