Refund Policy

We ask that you give us as much advanced notice as possible if your child will not be able to play in the upcoming season as balanced team formation may be significantly impacted.  Players withdrawing prior to Aug 15 will be issued a full refund.  Between Aug 16 and Sep 15, a partial refund may be provided.  No refunds after Sep 15.

All requests for a refund must be submitted in writing using the attached DROP FORM and either emailed to the Registrar: or mailed to the Region 92 mail box.
