We are excited to welcome you and your child to their very first soccer season with AYSO! We can’t wait to get started and introduce your little ones to the fun world of soccer. Below are some important details to help you prepare for our first practice:
Practice Schedule:
Our first practice will be on Saturday, September 7 at Brett Field in El Segundo.
- Boys' practice: 9:00 - 9:45 AM
- Girls' practice: 10:00 - 10:45 AM
Uniforms and Equipment:
Each child will receive their uniform and soccer ball at the first practice.
What to Bring:
- Cleats and shin guards: Please make sure your child is wearing cleats and shin guards for their safety and comfort.
- Water: It’s important to stay hydrated!
Parent Expectations:
Your presence and support are essential to your child's experience! We encourage all parents to cheer for their children from the sidelines and provide encouragement as needed. However, to ensure a positive and enjoyable learning environment for all, we ask that parents refrain from sideline coaching. Our coaches are here to guide and teach the kids, and your role is to be their biggest cheerleaders.
